笨笨的我把冰箱中冷冷的水煮蛋放进微波炉烘热,设时1分钟。还心想应该不会爆炸吧?剩下20秒时听到“卟卟”声,然后最后就在4秒时,水煮蛋爆炸了!!XD
老公知道后笑不停,还好他没告诉他家人,要不然我就要在地上挖个洞躲起来了。:P
今天学到的常识:水煮蛋体积很小,只需要烘热30秒就够啦~

ReplyDeletefor eggs i normally crack an egg and let it float on water in a bowl. Cover it with another bowl, microwave on high for 40 seconds. the results ? poached eggs at its very best!
important to cover with another bowl, coz incase the egg explode it wont dirty the microwave oven, and also it prevents over cooking!
I should have cover that egg too! D: Ya, I cleaned up that mess right after it happened. >.>;

I've heard of another way to cook egg with microwave. Crack an egg on a plate, poke the egg yoke so it's not whole, sprinkle some oil on it. And you'll get fried egg when it is done! :O
